RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide accurate product information and serving as a knowledgeable resource for customer
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly performance objective including call quality, attendance and punctuality, adherence and call handle time
  • Assist manager with any reports and special assignments
  • Document detailed information regarding service orders in our computer system
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately
  • Technical troubleshooting and gathering information from customers to identify root cause of customer problems and/or dissatisfaction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Bilingual- Spanish/ English ( preferred ), English required
  • Keyboarding skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, resilient, courteous, helpful, pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required
  • Good listener and problem solver
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
